Posing........
So i think RX should do a video series on posing. I think a lot of people come into contest and have great builds and conditioning but lose placings because of posing, esp. us amateurs.
Anybody else think this is a good idea?

^^^ I like those from Bob Chick. Also, Gary Udit has a dvd series called Perfect Posing.
I do like the idea about a video series here at RX.You guys with the huge sponsor ads in your signatures make reading the forums annoying.

As a posing coach, I am always amazed at the competitors I see on stage who look like they do not have a clue on posing and wing it. Practicing the techniques regularly pays its dividends on stage.
This is a great idea, and hope it is implemented. Gary Udit and Rusty Jeffers have solid nuts and bolts posing videos, out but there is little else. There is always room for more.
Would like to see this happen.

It would be cool to have it with multiple people and how to alter poses just a bit to suit that persons strong points and hide weak points
