    It's "old school" and practiced quite alot down unda, although I have never been able to bring myself to drink it.

    it sure is, im down unda down unda (tas haha) trying it out at the moment. taste fucking horrible, and gets worse when you dilute it in water, taste like stale swamp water haha

    Would be interesting, or Carl's

    I remember Dave and Johns were clowning the lemonade diet/detox on no bull radio, then they actually used it themselves and saw benefits. Im sure his comments might be good now with something like this

    Any thoughts on pills versus liquid? I know the studies used liquid but I was just curious.

    don't dilute it. drink it out of a shot glass and pretend it is vodka. you could even ad a couple dashes of tobasco for some heat.

    I would stick to the liquid, it's gonna cost less, no fillers/binders, probably better absorbed and it was used in the study, not saying pill won't work just as good, but you can't be 100% sure until it's tested.

    Limit it to 5 TBSL/ day because there have been problems with chronic high intakes and take measure to protect your dental enamel, other than that, I've tried it for 2 days, happy with it and I'm gonna keep it for another couple of weeks and see if it helped with anything.

    Just curious where you got the cap of 5 tbsp's/day. I thought the reports said 2 tbsp/meal (diluted in 2 cups of water) which for most would 6 tbsp's, right? What would be the negative side effects of taking more than 5 tbsp's/day?
    As for the enamel issue yes that would be a very big concern. I am drinking an additional glass of water to get all the ACV down the esophagus and rinsing my mouth out with water after it's all said and done.

    Ignore the part where I said to avoid it on refeed days, I was not aware of any fat burning properties at that time.

    If it was 2tbsps after every meal then 6 would be ok, I skimmed through the .pdf study file fast.
