Me too. I haven't taken my Prilosec since I started drinking the ACV and thankfully haven't need it. Even late night meals aren't a problem. If just for that fact alone it's a God-send to me.
I am always running hot as well but I just noticed a few times I was actually feeling really warm. Might have been what I ate in conjunction with the ACVinegar.

After meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner). The 1st two with carbs, the last one without.

I wouldnt take the shots.... Mix it with water and like a tablespoon of raw honey.

I put mine in a shot glass and hit it straight. The first few times I'd get the sour face and curl up, but then I became used to it. Now I just hit and go.

To answer another post. I too become a little flush and get almost a slight "buzz" for about 5 minutes after I drink my ACV. I guess it may be normal.....I hope LOL

I was just drinking it at night. I would add it to my Metamucil b4 bed for cholesterol issues. Since this post was put up I am drinking it after each meal.

But, regarding the first statement, taking it with a high glycemic meal, what is it doing exactly ? Stopping the body from releasing too much insulin ? Altering the chemical structure of the carb ?

I'm just wondering moreover exactly what it is doing that is so benefical, because if it is specifically based around carbs (I do keto) it could perhaps alter the proteins I put into my body and stop them being absorbed effeciently. I'll lose fat, but also muscle mass.

Anyone help me out ?

I was thinking the same thing. Since I started taking it, it really lowered my cholesterol!!
