As said above it will help with heart burn so that should not be a problem.
Give it a try and let us know how it works.
While your using it now, buy an extra bottle and then try the ACV blended with freshly ground Chinese cinnamon (grind the bark in a coffee grinder yourself if you can) add some tbls of turmeric and put back in the bottle, shaking it every day for 2 - 4 weeks, strain the powder off, now take 1-4 table spoons in a glass of water (start with one and work up if needed) and have some before you eat, and some after.

Interesting concoction, what is it for? Another heartburn remedy of for fat loss? Also, do you have more specific portions for the herbs?
I have bad heartburn so anything that can alleviate that is welcome. The only thing that has helped me is Prilosec but I don't want to take anymore drugs than I have to.

Well I just proved to myself that at least for heartburn, ACV is the shizzle. I can't believe that irony of this lil home remedy as I always thought that the acidity of vinegar would just make things worse.
Anyway, I'm chugging the stuff so let's see if it also helps with the adipose tissue.

It might have been nice if the abstract stated how much "significant fat loss" was. Unless diet and activity is completely controlled in an environment where individuals can not self manage activity/diet the idea that vinegar causes fat loss is a pretty weak guess at best.

doing keto, with oxy elite pro and fasted morning cardio. So my results cant be compltely attributed too apple cider vinegar, however I have noticed a lot less indigestion problems since friday.
since I'm always running hot, I dont really feel hot under the collar after taking it
