Finally, Victor is forced to compete more than once per year. This is the only way he's gonna learn to nail the damn conditioning. Especially if he works with the same prep coach throughout 2011.

he tore his padella tendon when he was getting ready for the Arnold, thats why he didnt compete in it in 2008, in 09 he did the arnold and the olympia,
he took this year off, because he was still recovering from his sister getting murdered and to bring his legs back up.
so give him a break.. he has had a tough few years.

I think all bbers should compete in more than 1 show unless u are mr olympia! Kai needs to find the right formula cause he has been off the last 3 shows in a row!

dude who r u to tell hem to compete more in the year... thats a lot of money and stress for the body, its not easy to compete and gear up all the time for shows.. that slows down ur gains.. this guys want to only concentrate at the Olympia

Kai has damage his physique to the point that is not even pleasing to see him at any show.

I think Kai will do the arnold. I'm pretty sure he would of done it unless he won this year.

They don't need to re-qualify its the top ten that qualify for the "O"

I see your point but I think for him, it would be better if he came in and won the Arnold leading up to the Olympia next year (or top 2) . He could still make tremendous gains as he did this year plus it keeps him relevant in comparisons in the judges eyes. More times they see him (if he keeps coming in better) couldn't possibly hurt him!
