We monitor body composition changes throughout the year, but this was the first time I have measured with a tape since the '80s.
I have been on a maintenance diet the past 5 weeks, but the off-season diet started today.

Former fat guy, was 440 pounds at one point and wore 68 inch waist pants. Found this lifestyle about 7 years ago and through many hurdles and obstacles have stayed pretty close to on track. Really impressed by many of you here who compete, great work and to those who don't, awesome job as well.

I plan on checking my measurements again once I hit my full blown offseason weight before I begin to start coming down for the Masters and I'll post them then. Hopefully, I'll see some size gains without too much of a pudge in the mid section.....

You know, this will be the first time I have measured in years, other than my biceps. I find that I am alot smaller than I thought when compared to you guys, I mean Kevin is 20-30lbs lighter and his arms are the same size! Really comes down to the smoke and mirrors, as long as you look big.
I will measure this coming weekend, end of current routine and the start of my bulk cycle, so it will be me at my smallest. Current weight: 217
