Yeah, I hope he doesn't get too big at any cost. He's made such great improvements in a very short amount of time. It's ok to slow down and let your body naturally grow a little.

The deserving winner one, but the rite one took second. I am a jay and heath fan. I like both their physiques but favor jays more. He outmassed phil but didn't out muscle him, he was wider than phil but not denser. I lost money because I had phil to win, but I didn't disagree with jay taking the show. Also I wasn't at the show, but from the pics, phil had third best wheels in the enitire show, and definitley he had the most flawless legs in the show!
