SwoleChamps EST Growth Stack
Gonna be starting the growth stack by EST here in a few days. Will be taking the Methyl Mass, Suppressor, Test Drive, and EnnerCell. Ill post my exact stats when my product gets here and I begin the stack! Stay tuned

I know the new propadrol ep is DAA, i do not know if the propadrol in Methly Mass is the new DAA formula or the first propadrol ai. I will let you know when its here for sure though

Diet right now is as follows:
7AM: 40g milk/whey protein shake
30g of oatmeal
10AM: 5humapro pills
1oz almonds
1 piece of wheat bread
1230PM: 6-8oz chicken
1 sweet potato
230PM: 5 Humapro
1 serving Chaind Out
430 PM: 6oz chicken
600PM: 5 HumaPro
700PM-WORKOUT
845-900PM 10Humapro
1 serving chaind out
945PM: 8oz of chicken or steak, usually steak
1/2 cup of rice
1145PM 30g Casein Protein
This is what ive been following for the past few weeks and have acutally been leaning up some. Im going to be changing it for when i start this stack so that i bulk more. Im going to post my new diet when i have it done.

Heres what the new diet is probably gonna be:
Meal 1: 10 HumaPro wait 15min then,
3 Whole Eggs
4oz Venison
1/2 cup oats
1 cup melon
Meal 2: 4oz chicken
1 medium sweet potato
1 oz almonds
Meal 3: 5 HumaPro
30g Brown Rice
Meal 4: 6oz steak
30g Brown Rice
Meal 5: 5 Huma Pro
1 Banana
1/2 oz almonds
Meal 6: 10 HumaPro
1 serving chaind out
Meal 7: 6 oz chicken or turkey
1oz almonds
Meal 8: 30g casein protein
This is my guideline for what i will be following, although each day may vary though.

Hey Swole! Im just checking in on you and was wondering about your post #8 "old diet". When you are taking in your protein @ 11:45 are you waking up to take that, are you taking it before bed, or are you taking it during an activity such as work?
