Flex Wheeler's bodyfat leading up to the 93 Olympia
Jim Quinn said on the ESPN coverage that they did a skin fold measurement which showed 0.0% bodyfat on Flex Wheeler at the Gold's in Venice one week before the 93 Mr. Olympia. He also said Flex was the only bodybuilder to ever do that.

A skin fold measurement would not give that accurate of a measurement.
Flex may of had 3% or 4% at the most.

ok... who did the skin fold measurement?
If someone isn't extremely experienced at it and only do a few points, it can be wayyy off. I had mine done at 14 weeks out for my nutrition class and it said I was 5.7% bf LOL. That was off by almost 10%.
He certainly was shredded, but was probably about 4-5ish%. Its too bad he never matched that again.

Skin folds are not that accurate and to get 0%? Get the fuck outta here. You would be DEAD!

Flex looks unbelieveable in that pic!
But it's humanly imposible to have 0% bodyfat because there's fat that's essential to life. There's internal fat that protects your brain and other organs and lipid layers surrounding cells....so if you're at 0% bf you are dead.

Jim Quinn is a kidder... to this day he's best pals with Jimmy The Bull.....lol.
It's Billy Smith backing it up as a fact that makes it all so funny.
Flex is either clinically dead in that pic or Jimmy Quinn's kidding around again. hmm??

A Skin-fold measurement would not be accurate when you get into low percentages. Medically speaking at zero, vital organs such as the heart shut down. I doubt Flex had zero, but I am sure he was crazy low. Check out the striations on the lower lats, you do not see that anymore.
