An open letter to Dave Palumbo
Hey Dave,
Thanks for all of the great content you produce for this site. It really is amazing that so much stuff comes out of such a small team. You have done a great job of building a brand and making your community feel like part of a exclusive club. But lately, things have been changing. And we hope that you will clue us in.
Is RxMuscle not a profitable enough venture to support the salary of Boss #2, John Romano? We all know that VPX will be his main squeeze now, and few of us would be surprised if he were to become increasingly unavailable in light of his other commitments. Plus, now we have lost Sean Andros, too.
I am not asking you do disclose your private business information. But we've come to have a certain closeness, a "bromance," if you will, with you and your team, and it seems like there is a big undercurrent of things happening...but we have been left out in the cold.
What is going on, bro? Please, let us know.

I can't see why the big deal about Romano looking to earn some extra coin or Sean A looking to add to his skillz.. business as usual man.. Dave and the team (whoever they may be on any given day) will continue to provide great bodybuilding content.

i don't know anyone in this industry that gives so much so freely
as DAVE PALUMBO
lots of trainers put a GAG ORDER on their clients
so they cannot discuss the knowledge of their meal plans and training methods
Dave posts it
answers EVERY QUESTION asked of him
at the Olympia i got to witness RX team at the prejudging of the women & mens 202
then go to this small counter area
and bang up everything
the committment & passion Dave has for this industry is unequalled

But seriously, I love Dave (or atleast I love what image I see of him) as well as RXMuscle. But, how can you condone bodybuilding gossip in one breath but then want to downplay it when it comes into your own camp?
I'm not saying anything 'weird' is going on...I truly don't know and would only be guessing. But just b/c Dave is a great guy (which I believe/hope he is) doesn't automatcially exclude him/his company from becoming fodder for the very same 'inquiring minds' that have been perpetuated on this very site when it comes to speculating about others lives before all of the facts came to light.

i'm here no matter whos helping out dave. this is by far the best bbing site out there. all the contest coverage and entertainment for free. as long as the radios show keep showing up every week, i'm very happy!
some things may be happenin behind the scenes, but if this was pertinent to us viewers knowing, dave would tell us.
the only thing i DO miss is john participating in the hmr interviews with dave. they are a great team when interviewing guests.Proud member of The Church of What's Happening Now, with Joey Coco Diaz (podcast on iTunes)

Every man or woman must make their own destiny. I give everyone the chance to better themselves..........and when it's time to move on, I congratulate and encourage that they follow their own intuition.
JOHN has accepted a JOB with VPX but he isn't leaving the RX MUSCLE community that he helped build. He'll still be doing the radio shows and I'm sure you'll still see the occasional article from him on the site.......as only he can write.
SEAN is exploring what he wants to do with the rest of his life and I support that decision 100%. It's hard to find your calling in life...... and the journey is different for every person.
Remember, on RX MUSCLE we make stars and nurture new talent..... and in the bodybuilding world, the gene pool for that is limitless!
