Digestive enzymes
While listening to Dave Pulcinella on SHR, I heard him talk about taking a digestive enzyme. Could someone tell me more please. This is the first I've heard of this. Suggestion on foods or supplement?

Have a listen to Dr. Janet Angel on Naturualbodybuilding.com at the 57:30 mark she is on and talks for about 10-15min on the subject.
This show introduced me to digestive enzymes. I starting using them about 8 weeks ago and have noticed a great improvement. I use to have horrible gas and 1 week after having Super Enzymes from NOW Foods I feel like a am assimilating my food like never before.
She answers any questions you might have.

I've been using Digestive Enzymes since learning that Vince Gironda always told his students to take them to properly digest dietary proteins and dairy.

I like UDO's choice digestive enzymes. Digest everything better and more absorption of my protein drinks esp w/creatine. I don't have as much gas and when I do no odor.

MRM makes a great product called digestall, it works fucking great, no bloating and no gas, I take it 5-6 times a day(with each meal containing meat).
They also make Digestall IC which has probiotics in it.
Bodybuilding.com has both.

Does anyone have experience with PROTEASE (aid digestion of protein). Any info on PROTEASE would be really good.
