your 1st cycle..when is it time?
i thought this would be a great topic. when ..after training for years, do you decide to start AS?
So many start prematurely. When do you say...i have reached my full potential naturally?APS HI TECH PHARMACEUTICALS ATHLETE

Great question Tammy. Also, how about what did they use as a 1st cycle?
This will be a great thread.

i think many start with an mild oral ...like anavar. injectables can be intimidating at 1st, and not necessary to get started with solid gains. i competed for 5 yrs before i did a thing. it annoys me when i hear people only training for a short time start using. you have to see what your body can do on its own 1st.

Semi-true for me. I started with anavar, mainly because it was easiest to get...and with the mild sides, I made the choice that it would be a perfect start. After 10 weeks on that (and not exactly loving it), I decided to venture deeper. I hadn't competed before I used anything, and still haven't (but hopefully this fall!). But I have been training since I was 16, eh but I'd say I didn't seriously start training with bodybuilding as a goal until I was about 20. Everything I have used, has been to preserve muscle while dieting, never on a bulk...so still somewhere in my messed up little head, I believe that 99% of the muscle that I have is a result of the hard work I've put in and not a result of any 'supplements' I've used...eh I guess I'll never know...and I'm okay with that
