1 can of chicken soup-the healthiest one you can find.
Heat it up and throw some chicken breast inside.
Thats the best I can do,probably should make the soup from scratch.
Cant beat good chicken soup-in my opinion...

Great time of year for a slow cooker/crock pot.
Chicken Stew
1lb. chicken breast, cubed
14oz can of diced tomatoes
2-3 potatoes, cubed
handfull of carrots, chopped
handfull of celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1-3 chicken boulion cubes
1/2 tsp dried basil
Tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Throw all that in a slow cooker overnight or 8-10hrs. Yum.
That's just a basic guideline. I like to cook, so I don't really follow recipies too much. If I want to swap some things in our out, I do it. I also add spices/salt/pepper to taste. Taste it, if it's missing something, add it.

Here's another crock pot idea.
1lb Ground Turkey (I like the 97%)
1 Cup minced onion
1 Cup diced celery
1 Cup diced carrots
2 15oz cans kidney beans (drain and rinse)
2 15oz cans pinto beans (drain and rinse)
2 15oz cans diced tomatoes
2 cups water
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp salt
Brown up the turkey and onions in a pan. Add celery and carrots for a couple min and then throw it all in the crock pot for 6-8hrs on low.
I kept it simple with the amounts and shit. A little more of this, a little less of that, whatever taste you like.
