    I agree. You can definately put on tons of muscle doing that. I like doing blasts of chicken and rice only for 8 weeks then switching to potatoes and beef for 8 weeks then off for 16. In between I cruise with fruit like peaches, some tuna. It works. But its only for the most hardcore.

    I think it is the type of processing that is used. So if i ever due a CC cycle going to have to find a reputable source. Or get a good Anit-Lactose to run with it.

    For now I wll stick with my AllNatPB cycle that i have been addicted to since giving keto a try. Been cruising on it ever since. Cycle Smooth and Chunky for now.
    Been meaning to try other esters like MacNut, Almond, or Cashew, but I love me some Teddie's ANPB.

    At the end
    12 oz tilapia eod
    1 tbsp coconut oil ED
