I like cottage cheese... but not nearly as much as nonfat vanilla yogurt stacked with raw almonds, granola, and raisins. Sadly, I know I do not get the same results. That cottage cheese is much more potent.

But everyone should know that having a cheddar as a base all the way through gets the consistant gains, notwithstanding bridging on lower doses and not really coming off is what puts you over the next level.

I use this Generic UG brand. (I won't post the name or a link) I've found it just as good as the name brands.
I have heard there are counterfeits out there but I trust my supplier.
