we used to grab 45 lb plates and hold them wit the middle three fingers and walk around the gym until we couldnt take it anymore... work quite well since i had a bitch grip

Here i am going to show you the best five tips.
1. chest. 10-15 sets
2. back. 15 sets
3. shoulders. 15 sets
4. biceps. 10 sets
5. triceps. 10 sets

When I was younger, I went thru a period where I greatly improved my grip strength simply by doing static hold on my car steering wheel.

This is great info. I've never heard of grippers before but I plan on doing them now.
I think they could be great for increasing grip strength and performance.
Do you know of any exercises to increase my bench press strength? I need help with that

As far as I am concerned these are the only grippers to buy. I used to beat the hell out mine and came close to closing number 4, but never got it. I prefer static squeezes with the gripper in both positions.
