Hanging from a bar for time is also great . At 250 lbs my best so far is 2 minutes 20 seconds .

I agree. These COC grippers helped me a lot. In all honesty, leave no stone unturned. When I say that, keep variations at a maximum. I also find static holds with a barbell for time in a rack worth doing. For mass hold 60 sec. Strength hold for 20 sec. 4 sets. Your forearms will be thrashed.
