THANKS BRO!! THIS IS MY CURRENT DIET FOR THE MOMENT...
MEAL #1
5 whole eggs (with 4 extra white) with 1 cup oatmeal
MEAL #2
SHAKE: 65g Whey Protein with 1 ½ tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar) and 1 cup oatmeal (cooked)
MEAL #3
8oz chicken with 1/3-cup cashew nuts (almonds, or walnuts) with 1 cup brown rice
MEAL #4
8OZ CHICKEN with 1 ½ tablespoons of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar added) with 1 cup oats
MEAL #5
8oz Salmon, Swordfish, or RED MEAT with a green salad (no tomatoes, carrots, or red peppers) with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Macadamia nut oil and vinegar with 8oz sweet potato
MEAL #6
8OZ CHICKEN WITH 1 ½ tablespoons of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar added) with 1 cup oats
MEAL #7
