What is your BEST stepmill performance ever?
Figured this would be a fun thread lol........
I will go first since i brought it up.......it was actually today on low carbs, zero energy and pure adrenaline lol.......the stepmill i use has level 1-20
Actually intensity vs. endurance i have TWO bests.......and yes i realize they suck lol
Endurance
Today i did 38:19min (EVERYTHING i do is either 19 or a multiple of it lol) level 14 first 9min then intervals of level 11 and 8 the remainder....
Intensity
I have done level 14 for 19:19 and wanted to die lol.......
Let me follow this up by saying endurance is by far my WORST genetic attribute. I was winning 7 of the 8 matches i lost my sr. yr wrestling going into 3rd period. My wind BLOWS to say the least......
now lets hear some impressive numbers!

Oh...and iv done level 8 for 57:19min...but that wasn't this year

Stepmill the same as a stair climber ? Damn American/English divide.
I never do it because it hurts my knees. But, treadmill, I've done 20 minutes of 3.6mph at 8.0 incline. Not shocking, but my calves wanted to explode.

My two matches I lost Sr. year (145 weight class) were both in the third round. Since endurance was my weakness too, I knew If I didn't finish them by the end of the second, I'd be in big trouble! lol
My best was 15 or 16 for almost 30 mins if I recall correctly. I was dripping with sweat afterwards and could barely breath lol

Well, I'm down to 100g carbs a day and 4 weeks out.
The fact that I make it through 60 minutes set on Level 6-8 on that bitch every AM at 5:30 on an empty stomach makes every day my NEW best performance ever!

75 minutes twice a day on 0 carbs first session after working from 7pm to 7am second session after 4 hours of sleep....i did level 5 but first 10-20 minutes were HIIT up to level 10

I never went all out on a step mill, but I did a stair climb once in the city, it was 80 floors in something like 21 or 22 minutes. I can't think of my exact time off the top of my head. 80 floors on actual stairs is a completely different world from the step mill

The best stepmill performance i've seen was a smoking hot chick that i watched from behind on the treadmill. tight spandex and an amazing ass.

my quads and hams are on fire after doing these for 30 mins.. I can't walk at all for a good 5 mins till the blood flow in my legs decreases..

I've done HIIT on the stepmill for my shows this past summer...4-8 for 5min warmup, followed by 10 then 20 for 10 intervals, and 4-5 for 15min. on the cool down...totally sucked....but car pushes are worse

I'm with you on this one. I do low intensity for long periods of time.
My peak time for pre-contest 3 hours per day broken into 2-3 sessions with 75% of it on the Stairmill (on Keto too). I'll never get so fat in the offseason that I have to kill myself like that!!!!
