Wednesday was chest.
barbell becnh- 95x15 135x15 165x12 205x10 225x8 followed by a drop set of 205 than 165 than 135 for as many reps as i could get.
incline dumbbell bench- 40x12 50x8 60x8 70x6
flat flyes- i did a ascending set style of 10 reps going up 10 pounds every time i started with 10 pounds and went up to 50. sick pump from this.
incline flyes- same thing only went up to 40 pounds as my chest was wrecked from this.
Yesterday- back
pullups- 15x bodyweight 15x bw 12x 10 pound weight hanging off a belt 10x25 pounds
deadlifts-135x10 225x8 275x6 315x6 335x6
tbar rows- 12x 25 pound plate 10x 45 10x90 8x115 6x135( i ust started this frequently about a month ago and i really like the pump i get and i try to get a good stretch from it to.)
cable rows- 20x 50 15x75 12x100 10x 125
finished with as many pull ups as i could with my bodyweight i think i got about 25 before i gave out.
this plasmatic is giving me killer pumps every time i hit the gym and i love the smooth taste. no stomach problems yet either. i think im finally starting to feel the test drive as i felt stronger yesterday and seemed to have much more stamina. that might be from the ennercell tho. thats really helping me keep a level pace during my workouts too.

i took the weekend off from the gym cuz sunday was my bday. so yesterday i did legs to kick it back off.
leg extensions- 15x35 12x50 12x75 10x80
front squats-12x95 10x 135 8x 185 6x225 - i dont do these very often so i guess thats why the weight was so low.
superset of leg press with more leg extensions- i honestly cant rememeber what weight i had for the leg press as i was more focused on the pump i did around 4 sets of this though.
plasmatic is gnarly on leg days as i get such a good pump i can hardly walk after i finished. and with the ennercell i feel the same from start to finish minus the painful pumps in my legs. i feel like the test drive is kicked in nicely. ill know better next week when i see what i can put up for squat compared to last week. im doing chest in a little and i will post it when i get back.

Nice dude, glad you gettin good pumps from plasmatic. It def makes leg day rowdy... limping out of the gym when youre done.
Ennercell has become a staple for me too, definately helps as an intraworkout supplement.
and from what I hear, Test Drive is some potent stuff. Feelin the libido boost?
