from yesterday, chest
flat db bench- 15x30 12x 40 12x50 10x60 10x70 8x80( burnout of 12 reps starting at 75 going down until about 45 before my chest gave out.
floor press- i haent ever done these but my brother wanted to give them a try i think i ony got up to 135 on it as it felt weird on my elbows but it was a diff move for chest so i may try again.
incline flyes- 10x 30 10x 50 6x60
finished with sets of push ups just as many times as i could till i couldnt. did that 3 times.
didnt lift today as i had to work on a project for school and worked late. tmrw i have back to do. stoked to see what i can do.

sorry i havent posted the past week. i had two major papers due for commnications and psychology. that took up all of my free time from the gym. but i have turned in both papers and i am getting back in the gym today. im anxious to get back as i hate missing gym time for school. i have been taking the test drive and suppressor everyday, but i sure do miss the plasmatic pumps!
