I can't imagine such an easy workout actually building that much muscle?
This workout can be completed in 25 minutes.

I love the way Dorian trains. Hardcore but with excellent form.
He has a great attitude.

it does work, 6-7 years ago I went in to the gym warmed up banged out 2 forced sets on chest and left.
very effective, I do train same way now but with more volume, and mostly only going to positive failure to prevent inuries I also do alot more warmup sets due to the cold weather in sweden, I added more excersises over the years so a workout takes 70-120minutes nowadays.
I do have a couple of injuried that makes it impractical to train this way on all bodyparts, Triceps(slight tendonitis in elbows) and squats.

I've been training hit style over the last few months. I've added about 6 lbs of muscle.
I'm using El Darden's techniques. One thing that's different between Jones/Darden/ Mentzers vs. Dorian is that the reps are much faster. The other guys stress an 8-10 second rep time, whereas Dorian stresses control on the negative only, and even then, it's not like 3-4 seconds like the other guys stress. The idea was to eliminate all momentum.

Well, after seeing Dorian pull his everything, I think I'll stay with the tried and true volume training. However this does look intriguing.
