Does anyone have any favorite 4 or 5 day training splits?

I like a 4 day split.
Mon- Chest/Bi's
Tues-Back/Rear Delts
Wed-OFF (cardio)
Thurs-Shoulders/Tri's
Friday-OFF (cardio)
Saturday-Legs
Sunday-OFF (cardio)

Wed-Bis & Tris
Thurs- Shoulders & Back
Fri- Off
Sat- start over again
Cardio every day, Abs every other day
