Is my bulk way out in left feild? HELP!
Starting Nov1 i am going to bulk up, however, i dont want to just SMASH what ever is in front of me!. My body gains fat SUPER easy. What would you guys recomend?
i am 5'11, 220lbs right now at approx 11% ish body fat.
Keep in mind i work a full time OFFICE job... so im in a chair 40hrs a week!
i was thinking of eating every 1.5hrs but small amounts just to keep my metabolism up and avoid calorie overload.
Specs- protein 2g/lb, carbs 1g/ lb, fats 1/ lb. (lean muscle mass)
Protein cals-1720 Carbs-860 fats-1935 = 4515 cals a day. (calculation was for 215lbs of lean mass.)
Also, eating for taste is NOT my thing! so adding salts, sauces ect isnt and issue. i never do that.
I figure if i eat 10 times a day. thats 43g prot. 21.5g crabs and fats per meal. OR 43gprotein per meal, 43gcarbs over 5 meals and 43gfat over the other 5 meals.
Any word?

I mean, its pretty good. You should try eating fast food instead because then you will have more time to train.
