I agree with this. Even if the Cowboys are to lose every single one of their games, they should make no changes until the offseason. Lord, this was our situation last year......

True. True. But Norv came from the Rams and John Robinson with no deep ties to the Cowboys whereas Russ Grimm cut his bones with us as a player and started his coaching career with us. He once said he had this deep deep hatred for the Cowboys. No offense.... Just saying.
