Definitely something funky with this dudes arms! Also his left chest is caved in. Freak for sure but definitely not a top contender.

Nothing wrong with his arms. Looks like he is holding water by the way his delts are. His forearms match his bi/tri's definition wise, so I doubt he has them oiled up.
