That's actually a horrible example of "What it looks like to shoot stuff in your arms... etc"

That being said - I don't think this guys arms look like they are pumped full of oil.... at least not in a bad way. And, if they do have oil in them (i'm guessing synthol is the accusation) - who the fuck cares. It isn't like he has lumps all over his arm... and it isn't like there aren't a number of top guys who do it. I've seen people who have pinned their arms everyday with synthol or test and they looked legit.
