Dan is a good friend of mine for many years now. He is undoubtedly one of the most modest and most underrated bodybuilders competing on the national level today. Funny thing is they should have shot a leg training video because his wheels and calves are freaky. But beyond Dan's physique lies just a good person. He's got his ducks in a row and finds time for the important stuff in his life beyond bodybuilding. We need more people like Dan in the sport. Team Chubby Kidz represent!!!!!

Thanks my friends..
I am THE Chubbykid no question!
I never use full ROM for any movement. I am not a powerlifter my philosophy is to keep constant tension on the muscle I am working on. I limit ROM to keep constant tension and also to avoid other muscle groups from assisting too much.
Thanks Jodie, hope all is well!!
Hope to be as freaky as you bro!

Great video, I think Dave shorted you on time a bit, compared to the 15 minutes he gives the Bev's crowd, lol.
If you have time, I would like for you to post a typical leg workout and follow up with a video soon.
Best of luck, hope you crack the FIVE and thensome.
