NPC/IFBB changes for 2011

The 4 mandatory Fitness moves required will b: push-up (any kind), high-kick, straddle hold & side-split. Required for NPC fitness in 2011.

Beginning with the Ft. Lauderdale Pro. The ifbb pro fitness routines will require 4 mandatory moves. 2011 the NPC will require them.

So we will finally get the "figure/bikini" men's division in the NPC & IFBB. They're already talking about a Mr. Olympia category for it, & they haven't even made the 202 a Mr. Olympia category yet. Sheesh.

the INBF started with 'men's fitness' this year which pretty much is the same thing. The show i did in NYC last mth had this category (both short and tall class) with the top 2 getting modeling contracts and some other stuff. Plus they allowed crossovers, so there were guys from the bodybuilding going up for this as well.

I talked to the Nev. NPC chairman at the Olympia.
He assured me that he would not be adding the mens physique category to any of his shows.
I say, maybe not at first, but if it's brining in lots of cash for other promoters, he'll add it eventually.CutlerAthletics.com

shankuan you just brought up something I haven't seen addressed yet...crossovers...bikini is not allowed to do it....think men's physique will be the same?
