Some people are more responsive than others. I have a friend who put on 10lbs with a bottle of Phosphagen HP, then it would drop after discontinued. Strange. Its water weight, but intracellular, I wish i responded like that. I think if your body makes enough creatine you don't feel it as much, like anything else if you are deficient it makes a big difference when levels come up.

LG Sciences ASGT preworkout and Postal post workout. The postal is better now that it doesn't have any ethyl ester in it with the new formulation. ASGT is an amazing pre-workout formula!

Honestly, no need to take that much. 5 grams is all you need. No need to load either. You can achieve the same results by not loading and only taking 5 grams a day and it will take about 21 days to achieve the same muscle saturation as the loading phase. The 5 day loading phase will just get you saturated quicker.
Look at it like this, your cells wont be able to hold that much anyways. This much creatine is like trying to put 16 ounces of water in a 12 ounce glass, it wont hold it, same with the cells and the creatine. Your cells will only store a certain amount. You are getting a lot of wasted by product of creatine.
Lower your dose to 5 grams, save your creatine and your money that way.
