Very unlikely to get sick. But you can cause yourself a biotin deficiency if you eat tons of raw eggs because the avidin (a glycoprotein) in the raw eggs binds to biotin, making it unusable by the body. Avidin becomes denatured when you cook the eggs and therefore doesn't bind biotin.

That being said, I think this could only happen in extreme cases, say if you were eating 20 raw egg whites a day and not taking a multivitamin and not eating a diet high in biotin (lots of foods have biotin and the body only requires a small amount). Still, might be something to consider, especially seeing as how biotin is involved in fatty-acid oxidation (especially Omega 3,6,9) among other things. But I'm going to keep downing the raw eggs whenever I'm in a pinch.

LOL, you WILL NOT die. Take it to the next level, drop the egg shell into the raw egg shake.

When I was a kid my mom would makes us shakes with apple, milk and entire raw egg-including shell, mixed in a blender. The shell adds a grainy texture and I never got sick. Of course I am not a nutritional expert so you have to look up if there is even a benefit to eating the shell, according to South American old wive's tales there is haha

Wow bro. That's A LOT of protein! Your protein consumption in those two shakes far exceed my daily intake. There is absolutely no way I can get in more than 300g of protein per day and not suffer from bloat, gas and constant dump-runs.

Yes, you will die making the shake because Darwin was right.

Not surprisingly, most cooking and food prep-related deaths go unreported each year, because the details often are just too embarrassing for the loved ones of the deceased.

When you die and are later discovered in a pool of your own vomit and rotting eggs, your lover will go to great lengths to keep the story from leaking to the media.

what i do for my GIT is
1st capsule of probiotic with the first meal
2nd capsule of probiotic with the 3rd or 4rth meal... as far as i remember when i tried 1 cap in morning and one cap in the night.... i started farting at around meal 3 or 4 onwards... this made me re-think the timing of probiotics and hence i decided to have my 2nd cap at around 3rd or 4th meal....and the farting stopped.

night time i use ispaghula i teaspoon... and then first thing in the morning i drink 3 to 3.5 liters of water(takes me 30 mins to drink that amount )... doing this helps me in my battle with the "stools excretion" every bit of stool is passed out...lol..

i eat around 500+ grams of protien so this plan works great for me... if you dont eat that much then you might not need a second probiotic cap...and ofcourse i am not a certified dietican to prescribe you probiotics... just research and find out what works for you...
