Your more likely to die from the blender falling on your foot and bleeding to death from a cut toe than you are from raw eggs giving you salmonella.

this was one of the reasons i used to scramble my 20 egg whites + 5 yolks on a frying pan, untill it forms a semisolid state.... then allow it to cool ... for 20 mins or so, then put the whole thing in a blender with 250 - 300ml milk + sugar free + some coffee...

after blending... the solution used to become a 600 to 650ml "easily drinkable" shake providing me around 85 to 90 grams of protien per shake i used to have 2 such shakes everyday.

it was a great way of bumping your protien or overall calories

does eating the eggs have a different effect than drinking the eggs? as far as obtaining fullness goes?

Making omelets out of Egg Beaters with a couple pieces of non fat cheese doesn't take that long and putting a tomato slice and raw onions on top makes a tasty Hi Protein meal that you can savor as you chew
    Why gulp something down

    raw eggs are great.

ive had so many people try to tell me it was going to give me salmonella which is bs because that comes from the poop so it only gets on the shell, the shell is cleaned before you eat it making the chances the same as getting it from eating without washing your hands.

then there are those claims that the proteins from raw wggs are not digestible. this is also bs. i drank raw eggs post w/o and pre bed for long periods of time with great success.

because eating eggs sometimes is no fun and takes a while to eat 10+ eggs

i don`t think so, some one once said, that this way you are causing emulsification of the fats and protien fucking up with the digestion and all sorts of....blah blah blah....but in all honesty i was growing pretty well, only thing i ever needed for aiding digestion are a couple of pro-biotics/day,To digest my 500+ grams of protien(including chicken, red meat and whey isolate.)

consuming very high amounts of protien becomes very difficult if you are only choosing to consume "solid meals"...

Dozen eggs n 2 scoops of whey? Overkill, even for someone the size of Ruhl. Everyone in his hometown will need a gas mask!
