    Agreed. Denatured means the protein source has been broken down into amino acids, making it more absorbable.

    There are plenty of digestive enzymes in your stomach. Don't really need to worry about what is or isn't in the food. People have been eating cooked eggs for thousands of years and its worked out pretty well, we'll just stick with that.

    no. those studies are wrong.

    the proof is simple make all of your eggs raw for a month then make them all cooked for a month and see if your diet suffered from lack of protein.
