Yeah right
Get HBP from steroids --don't stop the steroids go on HBP medication
Get overly thick blood--don't stop the steroids --have your blood drained
Got liver enzyme problems --don't stop the steroids--take some more medication
Makes perfect sense

that is what we need, a sound education, thanks so much for showing us the way, if we get educated less people will get hurt.

Nice article, however, he is not an M.D., please remember that. He is a D.O., while he may be very educated and experienced, there are holes in his medical training and education.

big differences in the fundamental teachings of MD and DO. its what the person does AFTER medical school that matters. its residency and fellowship training that molds a person with a medical degree into a skilled physician. trust me, I know.
and eggwhite, you are an asshat.

their are virtually NO differences in training between MD and DO's. DO's (during medical school only) are taught MUSCULOSKELETAL MEDICINE or MANIPULATION( of which 99% probably do not use in their practices)
..otherwise majority of MD and DO's train in residency TOGETHER.
Im a DO, trained at Michigan State Univ along with MD's in Internal Medicine.....if Im a quack so are they. lol
