This guy sounds like he completely doesnt know what he is doing.....
When I saw his poor range of motion on those squats I knew his legs would suck....
At the end of the video when he was posing....I was right.

Thanks bro I am just an average dude with decent symmetry that loves to train. I will say though that I definitely know the biz of bodybuilding and diet and nutrition. I spent (no joke) $950 on supps for this show...not bad.... I plan on returning to the stage in mid 2012 much more serious as a heavyweight and with a little more guidance from either Dave or Dylan Armbrust (haven't spoken with them yet just trying to get my mind cleared after nationals).
It was an honor to compete in my first nationals. There were 4 main callouts. I was the first one selected in the 3rd callout. I had the very fortunate chance to talk to a very cool judge after the show. He literally sat me down and showed me everything and how I feel from being the 13th guy called out to the 17th. Bryan (he took 5th in the USA's and I were first being compared. His conditioning kicked my butt and so did the guy to his left... because of conditioning I didn't make the top 15, Bryan squeezed in there, and the judge blatantly told me that he personally had me in 17th place out of 26 guys at Nationals this year. His feedback rocked. He said NOT to come back unless I had lines in my ass lol!!! He said if I had done that, regardless of what my weight was I would have been 12th-10th place.
Again just an honor to be able to compete at nationals it was fun and wow I know I have to go back to the drawing board. Also not bad for just filing for divorce the week after nationals and going through personal drama... but no excuses fellas I am enjoying the rebound and love to train.
Thanks Dave for the vid I haven't visited the boards much been too busy but I appreciate the exposure and just want to improve. There are a ton of fellas on this board that rock and that I have learned so much from so thanks everyone and good luck in your training.
