Kai Green before and after - Crazy 3 yr Difference!
2007-- Check out his Tiny waist! He looks like he added 3 inches to his legs and 2 inches to his arms - he blew the fuck up!
Much bigger in 08 - - I wonder what he did different between 07 and 08. I assume he was already on tons of shit by 07 - what could one add to make such drastic improvements when one seems to be maxed out already??

You ASSUME he was on "tons of shit" and was maxed out already? Yet made radical improvements? Check your premises.

His gut got bigger, but so did the rest of his body. I want to see a freak, so I want to see him get huge. If it means his gut getting huge with it, so be it, lets go.

the guy didnt really have 2 much money when he turned pro, I wouldn't b suprised if he kept his sups very basic... which often can b a good thing in building a great physique.. i think he still looks good now... just no need for anymore size. more refinement

His posing has stayed pretty constant through all the weight gain though, always pretty impressed seeing him jerk around like a robot with parkinsons!

Personally, I think he peaked in '08 and his physique has gone downhill since then...but then I rank aesthetics ahead of sheer size, so I'm sure people won't agree with that.

The magic of eating like a monsta and taking massive amount of roid's.

Key words, eating like a monster. The true freaks in this game who took muscularity to new levels all ate like food was oxygen (Dorian,Coleman,Justin Harris,Steve Kuclo,Dante Trudell-not a competitive BB,but proving a point.)
Food is the most anabolic compound available. All the gear in the world is for shit is there is no nutrients to convert. An analogy would be having a dirty big blown V8, and no fuel.

Prefer the tiny waist of his earlier years to the current refrigerator-box look.
