Being as I turned 42 this year...maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea myself. Thought about having test ...tested through labsdirect just to see where I am at. Not sure how the whole HRT works....if I just go through a GP(though I don't currently have one)or a specific HR clinic....any info would be appreciated!

He thinks 500-600 is a great level, as most docs do. Middle of normal range.

I am on Dave P's diet right now, under his guidance, and it's working slowly but surely. I am not sure the testosterone level really has a lot to do with how lean I am. Who knows?

Most people roll their eyes at me, like yeah right, low test nothing, you just eat too much, that's why you're fat.

what is your dosage for HRT..mine is 300 test cyp a week with HCG and arimidex..what is the forums thoughts on HRT and mg prescribed? how are gains in comparison from 300 to lets say 5 or 600? training and diet aside since that's a given..

41 year old Newbie to HRT here. My base total test was 221. I am starting 2nd week (tonight) of 200mg/week of test cyp. I have "enhanced" this protocol with an additional 300mg/week of test e and 250mg/week of deca for 10 weeks. I won't see my true baseline HRT test level for 12-14 weeks (I would guess).

39 here. Got blood work done and was asked what all I would like for HRT lol. Kinda pricey but comes with script and FDA approved HRT meds (test e, test C. Sust 250, HCG, HGH, RHGH, Ultra Test 250, winnie, anavar, etc)

I think it is more dependent on if you have used before, how much, and how many times. If this is the first 300 will be awesome for you IMO.

HRT is the best thing for a man who is older. If you can get your dose 300mg or more a week (HRT plus) it will change your life for the better.

I am gonna stick with 200 of cyp a week the first 10 week time through, may ramp it up if need be.
