The first video is great. Dave does a great job of explaining everything so the average person can follow. He also still looks pretty f*in big too.

Post 2007 olympia, where Jay beat Victor.....mostly because flex was so pissed.
I also like this interview because dave references Ronnie's farewell speech.......and im not gonna lie....i tear'd up a bit when i saw it too. lol

I find these lifestyle type ones so much more interesting and informative. Some of the ones listed above that included a pre-interview and a training session were great, much more interesting to see things like food prep,shopping etc than just lifting alone. I wish this style of interview was more prominent. Since Dave left MD their videos have gone to shit, they still have good athletes obviously, but the athletes basically interview themselves now. Pretty pathetic. Robby had a crack at it for a while,but he lacks the charisma that Dave has and that unique ability to articulate himself effectively and relate to people.
