Post workout carbs
So I already posted about post workout carbs but just wanted a few more suggestions! so I am currently in my "off season" and i am trying to put on some lean muscle mass! I compete in figure and am 5'1 and around 105lbs. My question is what have you all found to be the most benefical carb sources for pre and post workout? I get about 60 pre and 110 post. I am currently doing oatmeal with some pumpkin, almond butter, and eggwhites pre and whey, waxy maize, a banana and some berries post! I would love anyones feedback/suggestions.

PWO Karbolyn then 45 min later next meal any of the carb choices below
Pre WO what ever i decide to have for that meal so could be (protein usually chicken)
oats, ww tortilla, ww bread, ww pasta, ww wrap + fruit, greek yogurt + ff granola
can also have potatoes, grits, cream of rice, yams...
I have all these carb choices for all 7 meals

i eat carbs pre workout just cause it gives me a like some energy but im not sure.

Karbolyn PWO, mix in 10g of BCAA's.
I do 1 scoop unflavored Karbolyn and 2 scoops of ALRI Bannana berry Chaind out. I'm twice your size so you could probably half that.
Whole food meal 45min-1 hr. later
