200 g of protein/day.
I think some consume far too much protein to the exclusion of other macronutrients.

180-230g prot/day (28-38g per meal. 0.75g-1,25g/lbs)
150-200g carbs/day (50-60g in carb meals. i do include fruit to hit those numbers, fuck fruit haters).
100g fats/day
Thats like 2700 cals or so.
A lot o people eat soooo much protein, beliving they will build more muscle. They build up more fat and punish their kidneys, liver and pancreas.
Same for carbs, massive amouts of carbs, are not bad, but twice as much carbs DO NOT mean twice as much fuel.
Fats, people neglect fats (except those on keto diets, who neglect carbs). Good fats are called that way cos they are good.
In gereal those skinny people hitting 5k/day are getting the same results as if they ate 3k/day.

I'm eating 2.6g per kg of body weight (55kg). It's a high percentage of my macros, my fat is high also, low carbs. I'd say I'm carb "sensative", lol. It's working in terms of steady fat loss, and maintenance+ LBM. I make minor tweaks weekly based on my bodycomp.

allot of people go for more is better in everythign these days.
Some people still sugest 20 to 30g per sitting is eough.
I think its all relative to how much fat/carbs you take in, weights, lea mass.
As a rule I would say most bbers take more than is needed, but then again I guess you would rather too much than not enough.

Seriously? so 90x4=360 calories.
A basic measurement of basal caloric needs would be about 15cal x 125lbs= 1875cals per day. 1875-360= 1515, that mean you need at least 250g carbs, and over 50 grams of fat to meet those needs.
That's a lot of carbs and fat for someone your size...
