Taking my kiddos to the county fair today. Hoping to get them good and worn out. Tonight my oldest is babysitting the little ones so my husband and I can have a much needed date night. Going out for STEAK. Many cows will die for the cause: I plan on eating my BW in beef. Moo.2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month

Just got back from a week at Rehoboth beach and Ocean City with my grand daughter. If I do not eat until October I should be about even on my calories! Got to get back in the gym on Sunday.

Dang I now know why I keep forgetting things. Between sex and the training I don't have time to think of anything else.

Been doing some homework on curcumin and also resveratrol (oral, not injectable).
Anyone taking either of these?2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month

I do take both of these supplements. Resveratrol everyday. Tumeric, not so much any longer.
No injectables.

Mac, on the resveratrol- what dosage? I can't find anything in a banned substance list so I'm thinking of starting with 250 mg/day as a single dose. Thoughts?

Saturday...back
My first Saturday in the gym in a month! Crowded gym so I had to go with what equipment was available.
Nick Tumminello's warmup and some chiro-prescribed mobility work
Straight arm pulldowns:
2 warms
2 x 25 x 10
3 x 35 x 10
low back wouldn't let me go heavier
Neutral grip machine rows:
2 warms
3 x 130 x 8
Neutral grip pullups:
BW x 10
BW x 10 plus 5 negatives
Reverse grip bent over bb rows:
split stance, alternate lead foot each set
2 warms
3 x 95 x 8
Reverse grip pulldowns:
(Only did these because someone was at the pullup station and wouldn't let me work in. hate, Hate, HATE pulldowns due to standing on the seat and taking that flying leap to the floor! You tall people don't know how good you have it)
1 warm
100 x 10
100 x 12
Meadows rows:
2 warms
3 x +40 x 8
pretty happy with these, haven't done 3 sets that heavy in a while
Wide grip pullups:
BW x 8
BW x 8 plus 4 negatives
No cardio.2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month

Your gym only has one station for pullups?
