If I were a guy, I would've invented a way to ricochet the pee stream from the bed straight into the toilet while lying down, LOL! I just hate losing my sleep buzz every time my bare feet hit that cold tile floor!

LOL That's a great invention! You should still do it, but just make adapters for both sexes. I'll invest some start-up money!

Of course, your design is going to have to take into account the distance between the bed and the toilet...may have to have different hose lengths or something. This may end up being inconvenient, because it would rule out cuddling, but you'd both have to face the same direction.

Yeah, you're right. This is gonna be more complicated than I thought. That must be why I abandoned the idea a while back. Need to invent something else...?

I've had some really good ideas in the past, but when I look them up, they're already patented...except one. But it'd only be useful around Christmas.

Good news everybody! The MRI revealed my husband's rotator cuff issue is only due to a nasty case of tendonitis - no tear! OH YEAH! Doc says the pool is OK exercise (pounding cardio out due to previous spinal issues) as long as he refrains from overhead movements. As in, no crawl motion. He's just happy he can start exercising again. Now hopefully he learned his lesson not to play "swing like a monkey" with the kids anymore.
And just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water....
After my mom (the final houseguest over the holidays) left, I emptied every single cookie tin that was brought into this house right into the garbage! Just when I thought it was safe and could breathe easy about getting back on track with my diet, the doorbell rings - it's the UPS guy with a package from my mother-in-law. Yep, you guessed it: a tin of COOKIES...AAAAAAAAHHH!!! My husband figures she didn't want to be outdone by everyone else. I'm giving the kids an afternoon treat and then they're GONE!2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month

Just a heads up...starting next week, do not peek into my journal or you will see tons of images like that. I look at a lot of food porn when I'm dieting, and prep starts Sunday.

Got it. Not into food porn until right before my cheat meal. Thanks for the tip.

Good training! Doing anything fun tonight?

Thanks! Still plodding away. Not looking forward to having to wait for equipment on Monday and weeks following until the New Years resolutioners fade away.
Yep, staying home, playing nurse to my kids (head colds) and my husband (head cold and rotator cuff tendonitis). Eating a simple, nutritious dinner, put the kids to bed early, enjoy time on the couch with my husband beside me and a cozy fire going in the fireplace. Maybe watch a movie but still get to bed on the early side. My kind of fun!
I tried hard over the years to enjoy staying up late, but never really enjoyed it...ever. I'm a homebody at heart. Thankfully so is my husband.2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month

That's why I like going in the morning when it's pretty empty. I never have to wait for anything.
I'm doing the same thing tonight, minus the kids and husband. I don't see the reason to celebrate NYE. I'm not a partier anyway, so I'm perfectly content sitting at home watching a movie and eating some chicken breast. I'm a homebody too.
