Why pick to do a thesis on Epistane?

I just wanted to drop in and give a bit of an update. I'm 5 days into my cycle and am taking 10 mg EOD. I am cutting, and so it's a bit early for any definitive statements. However, it does appear that I may be getting a bit of a boost in the fat loss over going au natural. I'm not taking any fat burners/energy supps.

Workouts feel strong. I'm able to crank out more reps than usual. I'm increasing weight modestly to keep myself in a more moderate rep range. For example, today I was able to hit 20 reps on lat pulldowns with a weight that was previously good for about 15 reps. I've noticed this across the board.

I'm not sore when I would have been without the epistane. I did a leg workout the other day and was just sure I'd be crawling the next day. Not only wasn't I crawling, I wasn't even sore. This I've also noticed across the board. Workout intensity and energy has been great!

Sides: Remarkably few! But, it's still early.
I'm prone to acne, and get cystic acne if I'm not careful/have a really stressful period etc. Thus far, there has been no increase in acne and my face is completely clear. My face has felt a bit oily a couple evenings, but that happens sometimes so I can't say for sure if it's more than normal just yet.
Sex drive is up for sure. Not crazy much so, but definitely noticable!
My face has gotten pretty flushed with that warm sensation a couple nights. This isn't something I'm used to. I looked like a lush!

To sum it up, I'd say that I'm pleased thus far. If the above trends continue, I'll call it quite a success.

Wanted to mention something I forgot to mention the other day as far as sides go. Fat fingers! Certainly retaining a bit of water on this. It's not noticeable except in my hands and sometimes feet and calves. I don't feel bloated around my waist or anything, but I'm certainly noticing my wedding band fitting tighter and the sausage look of my fingers. Will try to get in more water through the day and see if that helps.

Just posting a short follow up now that I'm done with my mini trial of Epi. I ran it for 25 days, 10mg EOD.

Mild effects and sides kicked in around day 3-5 (noted above) but all subsided once I adjusted to it. No interruption of period, no increase in acne. It felt like I was on a placebo to be honest.

Now that I'm off, I do notice what effect it was having though. I am getting sore again, and weight loss has resumed. While on, I was simply recovering a bit faster, or at least not getting sore. I also completely stopped losing weight, although body comp did change (clothes fitting looser).

I personally wanted a bit more out of the cycle, but in all fairness, I am carrying a bit more bodyfat than I'd have liked to for the first go. I'm going to lean out a bit more and give it another go. I think I'll be happier with the results then. I do think it's effective when cutting if you can not let the number on the scale psyche you out.
