Chilli Okay on Diet?
Okay so there is chili cooking slowly in the pot right now at my house and i can smell it.
it consists of Kidney Beans, Tomato Sauce, Ground Beef, Chili Powder, Onions, and Salt and Pepper
I've been dieting clean and have been doing morning cardio on empty stomach.
So....could this be okay?????
Should I just do an hr cardio or 30 minute high intensity tommorow if I plan to eat this....very tempted...i can smell it...thanks

i guess i should go for 2 hrs tonight in the gym hardcore to work it off

everything sounds good. make sure the ground beef is 96/4 lean or so. and the tomato paste is an organic one without sugars and high fructose corn syrup. also check the sodium on it.

I eat turkey chili all the time, good protein, moderate carbs, and low fat.

what if you used lean beef or turkey with salsa instead of tomato paste?
