Decent back workout, got a monster pump! Bent over rows (standing on platform) 135x20,135x12,185x6,225x6,275x6,6 pulldowns 220x6,5 seated cable row 260x6,220x6 deadlifts 275x6,315x5,365x5,405x6,425x5 shrugs 315x8,405x8,455x5 I couldn't resist dead lifting today. I didn't go all that heavy my lower back is still a little sore. Feels good to work hard though.
