How much time do you spend working out?
I know people who practically live at the gym but I'm sure several of you know that working out longer than an hour can cause your body to start producing more lactic acid, cortisol, along with other things...
Personally speaking, once I get going - it's hard to stop. How much time do you spend working out?

5 days on, 2 days off.
30min-45 min each workout. If you're working out longer- learn to do it properly. This doesn't include cardio.

Too much. I do cardio every morning first thing. Workouts are later in the day, probably 5-6 days per week. Workout time varies throughout the year depending what I'm trying to accomplish but usually between 45 and 90 mins

4 days on 1 off. 2-2 and a half hours lifting. I take a little longer break because I lift alone. Don't want to kill myself with no spotter.

My max effort days take about 2 hours. 30 mins of warm up, foam rolling, dynamic stretches, warm up sets. Usually 30 mins to complete actual work sets then 1 or little less for the assistance work. I train purely for strength.

Less than an hour, usually less than 45 min, 4-5 times a week. Cardio...3 times a week(maybe), 15 min sessions.
