I rotate from a short form, dc style, up to 20 sets per body part. 30 minutes to 2hrs.
Just really go by how my body is feeling and change when I want to.

I agree with you Pheedno.
This is where A LOT of people mess up and overtrain or burn out. IMO, it is great to rotate and keep the body guessing while still keeping the general concept of the workout in mind.
I use to keep a log book and quickly started to loose interest in the gym life. I no longer use a book or keep logs....I listen to my body and enjoy the workout a lot more now.

I used to be a lower volume guy but I ditched that crap and went back to what got me my best rookie gains and added some volume back in.
I do 30 mins cardio when I wake 5 days a week, then I am in the gym for about 2 hours for 2 days on 1 day off. That 2 hours includes about 60 mins large muscle group, 30 mins small, 20 mins cardio, jerk off in the bathroom stall then drive home.

Good point! This guy knows what's up! Those on anabolics don't have to play by the same rules. The acute hormonal responce is of extreme importance to the natural bodybuilder and training too long raises cortisol (all excercise does but it keeps going up the longer one trains).
