Depending how heavy Im going if heavy heavy 1.5 hrs (like to rest alil longer between sets) but usually an hour (4-5days week)

usually no more than 30 minutes, HIT style gets me in and out, chest probably takes me 20

Workout 3 days per week / 45-60 min each day
One day each for:
Legs
Chest, shoulders, tri's
Back & bi's
Abs I hit 2-3 times per week after my cardio

I try to complete my weight training within 45mins to an hour and then add another 30 minutes afterwards for my cardio.

Some people need to spend more time in the gym than others. For instance, one person may respond very well to very high intensity, very heavy training for 45 minutes or so. On the otherhand, another person may not respond well to that approach and needs to extra time and reps in the gym. It ultimately depends on the person.

I train in the morning before work, so I'm on a tight schedule. No more than an hour.
But on days I don't work, I might do a few more sets per bodypart, so maybe an hour and a half tops.CutlerAthletics.com
