    nice, sounds damn familiar too. The "see-food" diet is where its at! As long as I am getting the right amount of protein in, whatever extra calories I can shove down my throat is like extra credit. Ps they know me at mcdonalds....idk if I should be proud of that or ashamed.... I clean it up when starting my diet for next show

    i like the "see-food" diet..i have alot of time with the mcdonalds expierence...but i'm in the cleanig up stage post holidays..2 weeks of clean grub and my abs are starting to show a little life...keep us posted hammer12...

    ps saw you are planning to include testforce 2 with your pct, have you run it before or the original test force before? was thinking about throwing it in with my pct as well, but was just curious about efficacy in comparison to regular bulk DAA...
