Mark what's your preference on a deadlift suit to pull conventional in? Weaker off the floor but pretty strong with lockout.

The Sling Shot works well for both Dynamic and Max Effort.
I'm not to sure of good deadlift suit for conventional but I liked the one from Titan it's called Velocity.
Thanks for the kind words about Mike. My brother died in a fuckin recovery home/halfway house it really sucked. No one in the family likes to talk about it but I kind of feel he took his own life. He was found with empty bottles of dust-off in his room. Anyway my bro took it all, you name it he tried it. I feel that he knew the dangers of the huffing and I think he may have over done it on purpose.
Sorry to get off topic but it's important to talk about and learn from.

PL tip of the day: don't let yourself get too fucking fat. I got up to 330 and while I was strong I wasn't stronger then when I was 290. I had too much body fat. Bodyfat doesn't do shit except maybe create some leverage. Muscle can do the same plus it's responsible for moving big weights. Round is a shape but it's not an ideal shape for an athletes.

Mark I've seen some your videos and it looks like you guys work up in weight using bands or chains on a dynamic squat type day. How heavy do you go? And why instead of doing 8 sets of 2 reps with 60% of 1 rm?

Dear Diabetic Friend,
I do standard Speed work. Infact in this training cycle I added more volume by doing as many as 12-15 sets on week 1. What you are seeing on video is me losing my shit and working up after the main shit is done. I'm not going to bore you with 12 sets of 2 reps with the same weight. So often times we film and post the bigger lifts. For myself I respond well to moving medium weights very fast for a lot of sets. However I do also work up in weight making 30-50 pound jumps for 3-4 sets.

Understandable, I'm new to squatting in gear so the multiple reps help me learn my groove better. I'm out in the middle of no where and am the only powerlifter that trains in my gym. If you get a sec I would appreciate any advice you could give me on my form.
